Wallander: The Second Season Swedish detective Kurt Wallander is back for a second season of all-new riveting investigations. Originally screened in Sweden in 2009 and for the first time this summer at Scandinavia House, this second season is based on original stories by author Henning Mankell and produced by Yellow Bird, the company who produced the film-adaptations of Stieg Larsson’s Millennium trilogy. Eco Chic – Towards Sustainable Swedish Fashion Eco Chic – Towards Sustainable Swedish Fashion showcases Swedish fashion designers who take an environmentally-friendly and ethical approach to their work, without sacrificing style. On view through August 21, this exhibition illuminates high-fashion alternatives to much of today’s environmentally harmful clothing. This exhibition is commissioned and produced by The Swedish Institute. The curator and exhibition architect is Karin Gräns.
