Each Saturday morning, Scandinavia House presents arts and storytelling for children. Our Saturday morning art workshops invite children to work with Nordic themes in the Halldór Laxness Library.
In this workshop, we’ll explore Scandinavian interior decor: ranging from chairs that look like eggs, to vases with funny curves, to cups with the whimsical Moomin trolls on them, to name a few. Using collage techniques, we’ll explore how to make images of original interior decor.
Ages 5+ are welcome. Join us for a day of creative expression!
