In celebration of the release of Grieg: Lyric Pieces, on Prospero Classical, join us for a performance by pianist Daniel Gortler! In tonight’s program, Gortler will perform 12 of the renowned  Lyric Pieces by Norwegian composer and pianist Edvard Grieg — including Arietta, Notturno and March of the Dwarfs — as well as works from Robert Schumann’s Kinderszenen / Scenes from Childhood, Op. 15 and 12 selections from Felix Mendelssohn’s Songs Without Words.
