Nordic countries are surrounded by water and long coastlines, which means boats have been important to Nordic livelihoods since the ancient times. (Just think about the Vikings and their longboats!) In today’s workshop, we’ll have fun applying ideas from Nordic boating culture in a classic origami craft! Follow along with us to see how to craft origami inspired by longboats and Norwegian fishing crafts using bright and colorful paper.
